One-Click Report

Terms of Service

Last updated: [date of publication]

These terms govern your use of One-Click Report (the "Service"), operated by [Your full legal name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

One-Click Report reads data files you choose (Excel, CSV, TXT, XML, JSON) and produces reports, PDF files and Excel files. File processing happens in your web browser. The content of your files is not sent to or stored on our servers.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes.

3. Your data

You keep all rights to the files you load and the reports you create. You are responsible for having the right to process the data in your files, including any personal data of your customers. Data you choose to keep is stored in your own browser on your own device; clearing browser data or browser storage limits can delete it, so use the backup file feature to keep a copy.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, including trying to break its security, reverse engineer it to build a competing product, resell it without our written permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change features. We will give at least 30 days notice by email of any price increase or material change to these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Reports are produced automatically from the data you provide. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them or sending them to your customers. The Service is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of [city, e.g. Tel Aviv] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you other rights.
