Your files stay on your device

The files you load are read and processed inside your web browser. Their content, including any data about your customers and shipments, is never uploaded to our servers. If you turn on "remember on this computer", the data is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only, and you can delete it at any time from the app.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, company name, the date you signed up, your plan and trial end date.
• Payment data: handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We receive your plan, payment status and country, not your card details.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the service running.
• Marketing email: only if you tick the opt-in box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Why we use it

To provide your account and subscription (performance of a contract), to keep the Service secure (legitimate interest), to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), and to send product news if you opted in (consent).

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com (payments, invoices and tax).
• Cloudflare (website hosting, security and our small account database).
• Our login provider (sign in with email or Google).

We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers process data outside Israel and the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete the account, except records we must keep for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time, by writing to [support email]. You can also delete your account from the app. You have the right to complain to your data protection authority, in Israel the Privacy Protection Authority.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
